I believe that the Idaho XL tent has been discontinued along with all its accessories! I would dearly love to buy the carpet for it but am at a loss as to where I might find one now?? They often appear on Ebay but the prices are far too steep and the bidding wars are always furious. Any suggestions??
Outwell carpets are not cheap when new anyway, keep looking on Ebay and one may come up at a cheap price, or you could email some online suppliers who may have some old stock they want to clear.
Yes, the Idaho was discontinued in 2009. We got our carpet at Go-outdoors the same time we bought the tent which was in 2009. I have just had a wee search for you and it seems that all the carpets are very over priced for what they are. But as arsenaldes says above all Outwell carpets are a tad pricey.
The Royal Pescara 8 tent is very similar. Not sure of the exact measurements but that may be another option for you. Just out of interest, when did you buy your Idaho?

Thank you for your suggestion Krazykamper. We bought our Idaho XL in July 2008 and did consider buying the carpet then. Lack of space in the car boot was the reason why we didn't. We now have a bigger car and would like to buy the carpet but hey ho they are no longer available .
We didn't realise that the tent was going to be discontinued and were quite surprised when it was.
