I've got a Ring power pack 40amp with 300w inverter - great piece of kit and bargain price in Halfords. Can I get a cable with 13a plug one end to plug into power pack, and ehu other end so I can run power from power pack to all van 240v electrics ? Hope this is clear, I found it difficult to describe what I'm looking for !
You can easily get a 13A plug and a socket that suits your hook up cable, it is easy to connect them with a short length of suitable cable, (you could even use a 30 cm or so of your hook up cable) but I doubt if the car battery would last long if you used much power

OK it is probably cheaper to buy the one Hacksaw Bob suggested than make your own. :-(

not sure how good your toy will be the inverter draws 200 watts with nothing plugged in and once the battery low safety device cuts in its miserly charger would take 2 days to recharge it at least
inverters are a terrible waste of battery power ,it would be cheaper to convert as much as possible to 12v
300 watts will power very little so be careful what you plug into it
