Going away Friday and the Cadac will get its first outing :)

I think I have worked out what bits to use with what..

Pizza stone use fat pan, BBQ deflector, BBQ grill, pizza stone/rack

Paelea pan just use straight on blue bit

Skottel just use straight on blue bit

reversable grill use fat pan

pot stand use straight on blue bit

The one i'm not sure on is the roasting pan.. Instructions say use the "bottom deflector".. I take it they mean the fat pan and not the BBQ deflector?? As tried with the BBQ deflector and can see that it could slip off quite easy.. with the fat pan its all nice and steady..
So... I think I need to use the fat pan, roasting rack/dish
