A while ago we were all talking about roof bags and inflatable roof bars, I was speaking to my OH the other day and he finally likes the idea of a roof bag as you can take it all off once we arrive at the site.
So before he changes his mind I'd like to buy a Roof Bag and inflatable bars for our little Ford Focus.
Can any one recommend a make or company that do them, I have been looking on the net and have come across a few but really would like some recommendations :-)
Thank you xxxx
------------- There are those who camp and those who dont!
I spent ages looking into this recently and ended up buying from Roofbag.com as theirs was more waterproof than Handirack and didn't require roofbars or other expensive fixings, and can also be used on any car. With delivery from the US it came to £120 including a mat to stop it scratching the roof and 3 holdalls to go inside, which we keep packed under the bed to save time. You'd need to check the measurements for the Focus but it should be fine.
i have the handy rack and bag , very good indeed , took it to cornwall last august in p****** down rain ,and it rained all the way back to west yorkshire , and everything stayed perfectly dry , when you zip it up put the zip to the back
