I have at present on old Bulldog wheel clamp. It is the three legged variety where you need to swing one leg onto the top of the tyre.
On our new (to us) caravan there is very little clearance between the top of the tyre and the wheel arch which makes it extremely difficult to fit. If you are not careful I'm sure it would lop your finger off if you got it wrong!
So, time for a new wheel clamp and I've spend days searching the internet with no real result.
Can someone please point me in the direction of any wheel clamp reviews. ie a Which type report which tests clamps side by side?
The top arm is separate from the rest and can be slid round the tyre until resting on the top of the tyre, then the bottom two arms and rest of assembly are brought up to meet the top, lock in and job done.
