I have just booked a extra large pitch at the above campsite for 2 weeks, it looks great. Can anyone let me have any views on the campsite and any idea's on stuff to do??
its a great site. The extra large pitches are enormous. Are you on the pointe. thats a great area. This is a really relaxed site. The pool area is fantastic, If you have kids they will love it. Lac du Jaunnay is a 5 minute walk through the trees, a great place for picnics and hiring pedalos. On site there is loads to do without being in your face. If you have kids they will love it, mine never wanted to leave site. The beaches are all 10-20 mins drive depending which one you want.
You have dot to go to puy du fou, about an hour away. Its fantastic. Theres too much to say about this but check out threads about it and the website.
There is a horse school nearby and I cant remember the name of it. Not for hiring horses for the day more dressage shows, trained horses, etc. Think more of slimmed down version of royal horse show. That was a good day.
