Hi, after having used our Cadac easy chef hot plate only a few times the non stick coating seems to be lifting off in patches. We haven't used anything abrasive to clean it, so don't know if it's a product fault. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a solution? Thanks, Dai
Take some pictures and send them to CADAC - ask for a replacement they should replace it with no problems at all - you may have got a "Friday afternoon" plate
I know that CADAC have had a few returns lately and the more that return the items then the more they will get the message!!!!
Saying that we have had CADACs for years and have no problems what so ever.
Yes agree with asdj45 contact Cadac to get a replacement. We have had no problem with any of our Cadac items

We had similar problems on our second grill plate, the original one got scratched by accident. However the 'Non-Stick' never did seem to be as good as the original one and bits started lifting off. After seeing similar complaints on forums like this one I complained.
