I am a great fan of the Webber Go Anywhere BBQ, however, as already mentioned above, it appears to have discontinued in the UK, and am gutted!
The Anthony Worrall Thompson portable BBQ caught my eyes some time ago, however, it was reported at the time that the legs on the earlier models were not foldable as intended.
However, looking at the pics on Robert Dyas, it looks like the issue has been resolved.

Seriously, please don't waste your money. It's very poor. I binned mine after 2 BBQs. It buckled and bent and was really quite dangerous.
Ooo, thanks for the tip!

we also bought the Tesco square portable suitcase charcoal bbq for £16.66 and have already used it, very successfully, quite a few times...the little raised warming rack is ideal for taking the chill off of your burger buns...!!
the open wire legs are also a good feature, as you can always use some spare tent pegs to secure it to the ground if the wind picks up on the campsite...
Hi Guys
we are also considering a portable barbecue and are leaning towards gas as a couple of campsites we intend to visit do not allow fires / charcoal bbqs only gas bbqs or stoves ....I am liking the look of the a) very portable outback ubbq but we are 2 adults and 2 children and not sure how much woudl fit on it, b) the cadac safari chef as someone said it ran on canisters but the images i have seen show big gas bottles so not sure it would be as space saving as I am hoping for, or c) ditch the 2 burner stove and bbq combo and just go cadac carri chef deluxe, which I am lead to believe can cope with pretty much any type of cooking and you can even put pans on it?......help????

There are two versions of the Cadac Safari Chef.
The HP (as in High Pressure) uses gas butane/propane mix canisters, and IMHO, not good as a BBQ as I cannot get it to heat up hot enough to function as a BBQ.
The LP ( as in Low Pressure) use gas bottles via a regulator and a lead etc... Allegedly, it functions better as a BBQ than the HP with the right gas (propane I believe). The smallest gas bottle is quite dinky, and I may consider replacing my HP with a LP eventually. This way I can use it in France etc. where charcoal BBQ is banned.
The HP cannot be transformed into a LP, as I have yet to find a suitable adaptor for it.
Much as I like my Cadac Safari Chef HP, I still like to BBQ using charcoal. Probably something to do with setting things on fire and the smell of burnt flesh and marinades.
