Ordered a carpet a footprint and a water carrier. One week later I had to chase them to find out where everything was. They said it was lost by the courier and said they would trace it. No response. Sent an email, no response. Called then a further week later to hear the same story. No suggestion of a resolution and promised me a call back when the owner came in. Left it till last thing that day and called back again. They dont appear to know their at rse from their elbows. Had to demand a refund.

Seriously wouldnt bother with them!?

Now two weeks later I have to look for another company and wait for them to deliver.

Think it was debit. Just can't believe how totally uninterested they were. Even the owner showed no empathy at all.
