Hi we have a tele but you have to watch the thing from one side of the van. My friend  has one that you can see from both sides and you can sit up or lay down. Can onyone help and tell me which ones aqre best view. Is it LCD /LED or what!!

How old is the TV? Some older LCD's had this problem.

You might ba able to find a compromise angle to view from both sides (both less than perfect vision of course) - other than that no way round it I'm afraid apart from buying a new one

Certainly newer LCD do not suffer from this (and LED's are not affected).

If you are looking for a new TV look at the "viewing angle" especially if LCD - it should be >270 these days

it a brand new one but was cheap and it rubbish . It a Lexor back lit LCD . you need to put a book under the stand to angle it down and then both sides have black shadows on them if you vaguely move your head off line. I am intending on returning it and getting a new one I just dont want the same trouble twice.

We brought the Lexor one from Asda before heading to Cornwall for a week - woprked perfectly for us, really quite impressed for the price.
