Brian we use the griddle mainly for breakfast or for frying,. If you like curries and stirfrys I would take the skolet as well with you. We have never used the wire rack or the lid but theres time yet. Cadacs are brilliant.

Do you not use the lid when using the griddle?  I was a bit concerned the flame would blow out without it.

Is the lid needed with the roasting pan? I'm guessing so.

Does anyone have the roasting pan? Is it any good? Does it come with its own bag too?

Price matched the cadac also at go outdoors , got it for £102 including a rain cover.
