Hi guys, have a outwell michigan can anybody help regarding the supply of the angled ferrule type tent pole . The tent pole itself is intact, but the the ferrule just gave way whilst pitching this weekend.
Is it possible to replace the ferrule part ?
The tent is less than a year old, not sure if it would be covered by any gaurantee.
I am fairly desperate to get it sorted as going on fortnights holiday this comming weekend.
