I am awaiting delivery of my cobb bbq; due today (and bought because of all the positive comments I read on this forum)'thank you'
I have been reading through some of the 'cleaning' posts and wondered if anyone has successfully used roasting bags? Saw them in Tesco last night £2.99 pack of 8 and wondered whether these would be a useful investment? Do they reduce cleaning? Does meat still taste as good?
Cleaning the Cobb is fine... Just like any other kitchen appliance. Just remember, when it's still warm add a little soapy water to the moat, or cover the moat in a couple of layers of foil.
