Does anyone know of a good tyre inflator/battery charger for between £40-£60, I'm new to caravaning and refude to pay 50p to blow my tyres up at the local service when towing. that and i know i must keep my battery topped up before a trip
------------- Never argue with an Idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience!!!!
i think you are probably better off buying them as seperate items ,, i'm not even sure you can buy them as one ,, i have a 12 v tyre inflater that has a digital display which you can set to the required pressure , which i keep in my motor , a battery charger is something i have at home ,, hope this helps
I wasted money on one of those last year. You get what you pay for.
The tyre compressor worked for just over a year then broke, and the battery barely holds enough charge to charge a phone. It wasn't too bad when new, but there's no circuit to stop it being drained completely which ruins the battery fairly quickly.
Just buy a decent tyre compressor that runs off the car, and run the engine while you're using it if you're worried about the battery is my advice!
Aldi and Lidl have battery chargers from time to time, that charge and then go to trickle charge to keep all in good order. Then use a seperate tyre inflator pluged into the cigar lighter. Total cost less than £25

I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.
