ive a bailey ranger 500/5 2010 .Ive started to notice  that the jockey wheel as started to notice that the rubber is starting to come away from the wheel.I use a motor mover and where it is stored is gravel.I'm thinking of fitting a new jockey wheel heavy duty with a pneumatic tyre as the alko one fitted is only 15 months old and seems that the gravel taking its toll on the alko one. Any one got any advice if this will stop the problem or cause more problems. Thanks

On my previous van I invested in a pneumatic jockey wheel and it did seem to work better with the mover. However I have not put it on my new van as they seem to be supplied with larger diameter wheels which are better than the smaller ones. You can of course get a replacement wheel from a caravan dealer and that will be a much cheaper option.
