While I was away at weekend I decided that due to various damage (not inflicted by me I hasten to add) my drive-away awning had seen better days even though it's only just over three years old. My initial thought was to see if I could get it repaired but then it might not be exactly cheap, so thought I may be better off getting a new one instead. It originally cost £210 when I got it, and an internet search this afternoon found one place selling the same model for £175 but they were out of stock - then on ebay earlier this evening I found an identical one, brand new, for £135 with less than an hour to go. I was the only bidder so won it, and as it's not that far from me I can collect in person and save the postage costs.
So guess who's a happy bunny!
