I have a Pyramid 6 with a sun canopy and was thinking about getting some side panels made to add on the front, for a bit more space weather protection, but I'm sure I read a post sometime here where someone had used ready made Barbados or Guadaloup panels and they had fitted. Has anyone done this or can point me in the direction of a post about this?

Think it may have been me,I posted some pics of my pyramide with the sun canopy and Barbados sides,can't find it now.
Anyway the sides panels fit really well and make a lovely addition.

Yes I think the Barbados ones do fit, there are some posts on the tent info section.
I find them faffy to put up however, would much prefere a sun canopy for the Barbie! They are hard to find also for some reason, thats why I brought the tent plus panels all at once.
Thanks Janet - found your thread and it is the one I remembered. The side panels look excellent - but how do you attach them to the side of the sun canopy - did you sew on velcro to the sun canopy or did you attach little metal loops like on the main tent?
looked on your profile to see the tent also - but what is the tent in the middle - is that the palamos? That looks cool - is it a Cabanon or another make?

I didn't attach the sides,there's an overlap so didn't need too really.
Yes the other tent is the Palamos,fab tent!
If you can get hold of the Barbados sides I don't think you will regret it,they make a lovely space to sit in bad weather or a good kitchen area.
Checked out the reviews and photos of the Palamos. Really like the look of it - it looks a lot bigger than the Pyramide 6, especially the living space with the front in its outer position. But I think I'd best stick with the Pyramide 6 - I haven't the space for another tent!!
