Has any one purchased anything from Camping International or tent warehouse direct and if so any problems?
The reason I ask is because I was looking to purchase something from tent warehouse direct website and when you try to contact them you are greeted with a recorded message that refers to camping international.
I assume they are the same company, but would like any feedback if someone has used either sites/companies please.
We have purchased a few awnings from camping international and theyve been fab..theyre always at The NEC Shows and we always make sure we go and say hello to Mark..nice and friendly and good customer service..
If it's the Camping International at Gillingham, Kent, then we bought our folding camper from them. We found them very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with and would use them again without hesitation.

Tent Wharehouse Direct uses the same telephone number as Camping International. They have the same address in Kent and the same telephone number, but they have different websites.
I can only conclude that if I order from Tent Wharehouse Direct it will come from Camping International !!!
We have purchased so much from a trailer tent, to our crusader, and now our awning for our new caravan as well as other equipment. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and after sales service is brilliant, would highly recommend them for sure
