Not sure if it's Freeview or FreeSat, but my local B&Q were selling off complete HD satellite kits for £40. This included the dish, set-top box, remote control and various cables etc.
Cannot personally vouch for the quality of the items but it seemed vey good value. I seem to recall that they (used) to sell two types of satellite kit, one HD and the other non-HD. I think that one of these used to sell for around £80 (unless it was on special offer) and the other for as much as £130?

They're neither, they are Free-to-Air (FTA) satellite receiver kits. Still an excellent price and a good system for caravan use, but unlike Freeview and Freesat (digital TV via aerial and satellite respectively), FTA receivers allow you access to all channels broadcast that are completely free to watch i.e., no further decoding equipment necessary. There are some channels that while being free, are contractually tied to a carrier (in our case, Sky) and won't be acessible from these kits.
I believe they are neither Freesat or Freeview but are in fact Free to air. This means that you will pick up a multitude of channels on this system , and many that you wont want. Obviously many channels are broadcast on satelite and dependant upon where you point the dish it will pick them up.
