My last memories of camping was being cold and some of that was down to cheap sleeping bags

We will have EhU and will be looking to buy a heater but want decent sleeping bags

Ideally need 4 would o be better of getting junior ones for the younger children there around 125cm and 110 cm tall

Also want one for me but need it to unzip right down as need to be able to lift my legs in rather as can't push them down so thinking square style rather than the mummy style

What sort of bags are better

Me and hubby both have Gelert XL pods, mine is a 3 season one, his is 2 season. They're fab, they're big enough to move around in, no claustrophic feeling like I get in a mummy bag. The zip goes all the way down the left hand side so they're easy to get in and out of.

Try thesleepingbagshop.co.uk, that's where I bought ours from - our son has a child sized sleeping bag which keeps him really warm (we don't have heating in our tent)

Sorry, there's no 'the' at the beginning of it! The one I've linked to is mine, it's currently reduced from £55 to £37.49!

I can't find the one we bought our 5 yr old on their website now, but there is a large selection of children's ones on there

Look at the Vango Nitestar range, they do a variety of widths, square and mummy the Nitestar 300, 400 and 450 are all really warm 3 - 4 season bags, 450 being the warmest. i've got a 300xl square as i'm 6" 1 and wanted a wider bag it's the best bag I've used, the wife has the 450 square, it's a warmer bag but its not available in XL.

Thank you gave seen couple of Possibile but Waiting to hear about the zips on them from the retailers as need it to open out as can not push my legs down

Same for getting out as otherwise I'll be stuck and be yelling for help from my tent lol

weve been looking for new ones ,typing in "king size" has different meanings though in the world of sleeping bags and are in some cases a mere 83cm wide!
