HI Guys - any one got a tip for repairing this seam leak on me bed? I've got self sticking patches ready to go - obviously it wont stick and seal on to flock so how or what's the best way of removing it?... I'm all ears! lol and thanks in advance :-)

P.S. this is an Aerobed, came with a 3 year guarantee and although this does not cover punctures, could this leak be classed as a failure in the seam and therefore still be under guarantee? bed is about 2 yrs old-ish? and survived many a camping trip :-)

I am ditching the airbeds once I have moved over to camp bed + SIM combination, as I do not wish to be without a bed in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere.

I used quick setting epoxy resin to repair a split in the flock on my air bed. I just cleaned the area with meths, then spread the epoxy over about a one inch area. It held up for a few weeks then punctured in another area. None of the punctures were caused by sharp pointy things. ????
I only use canvas style air beds now as extra support, but not as an actual bed.

From the picture I would say so, yes. It's more of a split than a puncture?
Send it back if it's still under guarantee (and don't start to attempt repair yourself as it could invalidate your warranty).
