Good evening fellow campers , iam after buying one of the above but i would not know which one would be a good buy or not a good buy . Could anyone out there give me some good pointers please

You can pay a lot of money for the specialist type Leisure Batteries, we have a cheapy 85amp model branded Platinum, cost about £40 three years ago, and it still works fine, I keep it permanantley hooked up to my C-Tek battery charger, when at home, so it's always good to go.

GO have a Leisure Battery branded NUMAX, on offer this week, £49.99 for a 75amp.

i would go for 110 amp if you have room in the battery compartment..

If its a sealed battery you buy, you wont have to worry about acid being spilt if it topples over.

Ibought mine off Ebay and it appears satisfactory but first off you need to decide what size you need - 75a 85a or 110a. This will depend on load off the battery & size of the battery box if any.
