saw this offer at maplin and thought i would post.

please dont shoot me down, i know they wont be fantastic, but just handy as side lights or in bedrooms for low level lighting at night. - they are 6.99 for 3 (2.99 for delivery or free if collect in store)

just thought someone may be interested

We bought two packs in 2010 from Tesco although can't remember how much we paid exactly.  We bought them initially as we were newbies to camping and didn't want to spend a fortune if we weren't going to like it but they were still going strong last summer - haven't tested them yet for this year 

Just wanted to let you know they are brilliant.  We even hang four of them from the 'roof' of our tent and they give off plenty of light - even when we all had to retire to the tent for a few drinks due to a downpour!!

Thanks for posting - may even pop to Maplins on weekend and pick up a few more.
