I would some way of making all my camping stuff dolls size to fit in the car, then full size again when I get to the camp site, so none of this trying to fit everything into the car!!!!
An inflatable folding camper. Think of a Karsten tent or a Vango Airbeam on a trailer with the beds, living area and kitchen needing very little setting up once the canvas is inflated!
------------- Love a lot. Trust a few. But ALWAYS paddle your own canoe!!

Those who talk don't know.
Those who know don't talk.
We got fed up with the cost of washing machines at camp sites, so I invented our own from an old aquaroll, It only needs a little human involvment but does bring a few smiles to the site

I would love a portable sofa that wasn't inflatable and didn't take up too much room in the car. something like a double or triple moon chair that I could drape with throws and lots of comfy cushions.
Ok Val, I give up. I've googled myself into a black hole, searched for everything from camping dog beds to folding sofas and still can't find anything remotely like the pic you posted. Please do let on at least what it is. My comfy chair is 400 miles away and we are off in April, need something comfy and slightly funky to sit on.
Sorry, only just saw this post!
Was a bit unfair posting it, as I haven't a clue where you can get one from!
It was folding UFO garden sofa sold by John Lewis about 4 years ago. I bought it second hand (unused) off ebay
Never seen another since...and I know loads of people have looked for them....
Not unfair at all Val, nice to see that it did exist, once upon a time. Just thought there would be more room for me n the dogs instead of my moon chair. Am surprised that one of the equipment manufacturers haven't picked up on the idea and replicated it. While hunting did find this Camping sofa
Sadly only available in OZ or NZ unless you want to spend £'ssss shipping it over here - I asked! Looks comfy with the cushions too.
What about a portable 12v pump and tap, just drop the pump into any size water carrier and then clamp the tap to your table top. We use a 25ltr water carrier and have in the past put it on top of our table, not only do I NOT like picking up 25ltrs of water i.e. 25kg I really don't like putting it on our camping table. How easy would that make life for all, would anybody want one of them? I have asked someone I know to try a few suppliers in far east to maybe have them made, I think others would want one.
I have made my own and it works fine no more strained table/back.
Absolutely loving some of the ideas. Defo some for dragons den! Loving the aqua roll washing machine and doll size equipment shrinker. I could buy so much more stuff without worrying about packing it in!

Can someone invent a bad weather chaser so when the tents and caravans hit the road the wind and rain head off out to sea?
Maybe this is used by sailors already to chase the weather towards us. It would explain a lot. Maybe if we spin all our wind farms backwards we can blow it back.

We have at work a trailer mounted decontamination tent, which inflates from an air bottle and contains showers and isolation areas, so it's do-able and would be brilliant.
