Yes you are, but you would think that 23 people paid £1,117.95 for each one. If you look at the bids you will see that they are actually £7.95, BUT they have run out of stock and increased the BIN so they can keep their 'search ranking' for that product. When it comes into stock again they will reduce the price to £7.95

Yes but they will cancel the sale. To be honest this is the highest I've seen, as usually on an item normally under a tenner they would just put £99. Obviously they don't want to take any chances that someone is daft enough to bid for one lol

I thought that you could only edit a listing (i.e. price) if an item/items had not yet been sold. After that, you can't change it.
Maybe different for bigger sellers, I don't know.

I think you'd have a few complaints if you lowered the price though.
