To my knowledge, apart from Avtex, only Panasonic do a TV with built in Freesat and from what I can see, the smallest being 32".
Why not buy a Humax Foxsat HD recorder (PVR) and a normal 20" TV?
We have our Humax installed at home and just take it in the caravan when we go away.
It will always have a couple of dozen films and/or programs stored in it and of course we can just record and/or watch more live while away.
Very handy for use abroad as you don’t have to wait up till 10 O’clock for a film to start, just record it and watch it tomorrow at a decent hour. (not to mention the added advantage of being able to zap through the adverts!).
Yep Avtex seem to have cornered the market, on small 19" TV's with embeded, satellite tuner, I think they also have live pause and recording capability as well.
Although they are mighty expensive, for what they are, and potential buyers will be put of, as they don't have a Sky decoder embeded, which would meen having to use a Cam module, if the Avtex models have a Cam slot that is.
As above, Panasonic and Avtex have cornered the market here and the kit remains costly (low demand perhaps). Only other I know of is the Versat model (see here), but still a comparable cost to the Avtex offering.
