Hi all
i was wondering if anyone can help i have a thetford toilet c 200 (i think)with the electric flush i was just giving it a clean and on the outside of the van above the toilet cassette door there is another little door with like a gulley in it i can see pipes in there but cannot get to them can anyone tell me how i put the rinse water in it i am a little confused with the situation should there be pipe in there to use as a filler ? any help would be great

yes i have already looked there and they do not make it clear im afraid
the model i have is the c222-cwe and it has the water filler door above the service door i just did not want to pour water in there if it is not watertight

That sounds very much like where you pour in your flushing water. You need a bucket with a pouring lip or the suchlike. Try putting in a little and see what happens, I can't imagine you can damage anything
