150 watt inverter be okay to use to inflate the in built pump on an Aerobed, the instructions for the bed say that the pump is rated at 230v ~50Hz, 0.5A ?
Not very good with electrics

0.5 A is 115 watts, so you may be OK

My 150W inverter wouldn't even power my laptop, unless the battery was fully charged to start with, so I suspect it depends on the quality of the inverter.
