does anyone have a  caravan satgear satalite system ,i have recently bought a second hand excellent condition one it works just fine but, when scanning stores hundreds of channels found but carnt seam to get them in order or know how to put them in order , there must be a button to do this starting from bbc1 .

it also when scanning stores duplicate channels of the same station sometime 5 of the same from various areas  thanks for any help regards kirsty

There is a lot to be said for the Sky EPG, seamless updating of channels, without the need for user intervention, and one of the easasist channel guides around imho.

We use a Sky Mini-Box (aka Javelin Pace 2000) reciever, small and compact, and will run of 12v if needed.

Found the Mini-Box in a skip, outside a house that was being refurbed, bought a "Freesat" from Sky card, one of payment of £25 and the unit has worked ever since, that was over 10 years ago!.

We take the Mini-Box with us, down to the South of France, and it works a treat.

What we do when we download all the channels is go through the channel list and just write down what the numbers are of the channels we want to watch.
