I have to agree with this. I have just told my car insurance that I need to change the address. I was expecting a change in the premium but that has stayed the same, however they have charged me £25 for admin. They then asked me if I wanted the documents emailed to me or posted, I thought, you can post them, youve just had £25 for doing nothing so get em in the post-why use my paper and ink?
