I was going to suggest the car, but obviously not in this case.
Glamper Granny, I am just going to check our portable units for cigarette lighter points so that I have a back up when we are away in June - be handy if more than one thing needs charging - which knowing my kids that will be the case.
I do like the look of the Solar charger - and might get one when funds allow.

we do rallies on a regular basis and have 3 phones to charge up, we use the 12v pin plug and car charger to do it and it works fine for us.  Got the solar charger as well but been having problems with it.  Prefer the 12v way

Will have a look and see how much one of the portable power packs cost.
Thanks for the info.

Hi thanks for the info
The 2 pin plug looks the cheapest way to charge our phones.
will charging our mobiles take much power out of the leisure battery?

as we do mainly rallies we have got a 60w solar panel hooked up to the battery, when I put the phones on charge it doesn't have hardly any impact on the voltage so don't think it does

Do what I have done, buy a universal 12v charger from ASDA,for about a fiver, and plug your phone in in the car and charge it everytime you use the car.
