Went for the campbed / SIM combo!!
Got two outwell posadas double camp beds, 4 single 5cm SIMS to raise above the bars and two double SIMS to go over the top.
Hopefully this should work! As it's usually me sleeping with the two year old and daddy sleeping with the 5 year old we needed to eliminate the bar - as they want to cuddle!! Will let you know how it goes!
