I've just got some new ones from Poundstretcher this afternoon, large ones I think 130 x 90, they were 2 for £7 and they were also selling off the smaller ones 80 x 60 at 99p.

I bought a set from Argos and tried them out today. It's the set of 2 jumbo storage bags. I got a 13.5 tog kingsize hollow fibre duvet, with the cover on, in each bag no problem.

Hoover sucked the air out in a few seconds but it also worked by leaning on the bag and the air just coming out the one way valve - obviously won't be the same as using the Hoover but good result all the same.

I've been hunting for vacuum bags too and these ones from Argos seem great! £9.99 for a set of 2 I think.

Michelle011 practise how much you can get in, we went slightly over the white mark and still managed to close the bag, but you can also get things like shampoo and other bits around the inside of the bag before you close it.

They are good, I heard negatives about them but I think they changed something on the new ones,now find them invaluable.
