Just wanted to share this with you all. I have been asking what people use on top of their airbeds to help keep warm. One of the the popular suggestions was a "sheepskin" (imitation of course) fitted mattress protector. I struggled to find a suitable size for my airbed but have found this company who make them to measure.
I have an intex pillow rest queen size airbed and the price was £12.90 plus P&P. Arrived today and really really please with quality and speed of deliver. Please take a look they can make sheets to fit any size. Would recommend
Whats wrong with a real one :)
Not that expensive, I bet they would be very toasty. Herehere
or even better a Reindeer pelt. I bet no sim or insulated foam mat would give better insulation than one of those (special hollow hairs). Having lay on one on an ice bed in an ice hotel in Quebec I can tell you Reindeer is the ultimate insulation! Only around £85 each!
Actually I only have a cheap fleecy one from Amazon but am seriously thinking of a glamp option.
I don't know why the OP struggled to find fitted sheets or covers for the Intex Queen size, we have the same one and have a perfect fit quilted cover, purchased off the shelf and for a damn sight cheaper than £12.90 + p&p ..... mind you I did have to pay a £1 for parking !!
actually I quite like this idea. We have a kingsize and double sized raised airbed and we have struggled to find something the right depth. I think this is a brill idea so thank OP.
