www.outdoorleisureshop.co.uk come highly recommended.
I'm glad that you had good service from them - but, honestly, I can't say the same.
Suffice it to say that the item (costing £150) wasn't in stock and OLS ignored emails asking about delivery.
It's very difficult to get hold of a phone number for them, and when I did finally get to speak to someone he was very evasive and refused to tell me when the item would be sent.
I had to involve Paypal to get a refund - and made a mental notre never, ever, to deal with them again.
We've spent quite a lot of money on Camping/Caravaning items this season - all of it online from half a dozen suppliers - and OLS are the only company we've had a problem with.
A stark contrast to Riversway, imo, who always seem prompt and effecient (and publish a contact telephone number!)
Ive had 5 or 6 orders from them and they have always delivered quickly so another vote from me
------------- Experience enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.
Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I purchesed a Royal camping kitchen from them earlier this year... they were the cheapest I found and the delivery was fast. Will definately be buying from them again... in fact I shall be ordering some commander chairs very shortly

I've used them a few times and always had good service.
Again, if you found them OK, that's fine.
I can only give an honest account of my own experience.
It's worth noting that they don't have a telephone contact number listed (usually a bad sign for any seller) and, even worse, they expect you to submit a silly and pretentious 'support ticket' (who on earth do they think they are! - Microsoft!?) if you need to contact them.
When they take £150, don't dispatch the item after two days, and wriggle like a fish on a hook when (after ferreting out a telephone number that they obviously don't want you to have) you ask for a straight answer whether they have the item in stock, or not, then 'support tickets' don't really cut it imo.
My serious advice, if someone feels that they 'must' use them, is *always* to pay via the Paypal option. I chose Paypal because, using a debit card, it offered me some protection - I honestly think I'd need it but it proved to a handy backup.
Oldfolder is right. We have all had a good service but like anything in life it’s not until things go wrong you begin to realise how good or bad a company is. On checking the website they do not have a contact number and you only seem to be able contact them via email. Normally I would avoid such a website.
My personal experience has been fine and based on this would use them again, However thanks to Oldfolder and his experience realise that if things go wrong it might be difficult to actually speak to someone to put it right. I found they were quick to respond to emails when I had an enquiry about a purchased item last year.
