Thank you in anticipation
You might have to contact the place where you purchased the tent from, they can contact Outwell directly on your behalf for a replacement. There has been numerous complaints regarding rainsafe door poles being too big with the Nevadas. So if you broke it because it was too big to fit then you should get a free replacement. Outwell are aware of this problem. I have a Nevada Xl , sent me a free one.
I have e-mailed Outwell and the company I bought it from and I am awaiting a reply. I am aware that there is a problem with these poles fitting so I would have thought that many wouild have snapped so I cannot understand why its so difficult to obtain a replacement.
There was a small batch of Nevada XL tents last summer with longer poles. The 2010 poles were all fine and it was only the 2011 XL model as far as I was aware. Take the pole to any good camping store and you should find replacement poles in packs for you to make up the pole.
I wish it was that easy. I went into Go Outdoors Blackburn who stated that they had no spares and they would have to contact Outwell for the Pole, however I originally contcated Outwell who told me to contact the Outwell distributor such as Go Outdoors and they will obtain the pole.
So basically it seems to be very difficult to obtian on eoof these brow poles for the Nevada M.
I intend , again, to contact Outwell and seek their advice
Outwell have a facebook page and seem to respond quite quickly on there. Tent Spares are also helpful (they do Outwell repairs) maybe email / call them
If you are trying to get a genuine replacement complete pole then you may have a long wait you need to contact an Outwell dealer who can order you one. Garys suggestion of contacting Outwell via their facebook page is also a good idea.
If you have just broken 1 section of the pole then this section is replaceable without buying a complete pole. Any decent camping shop should be able to supply the parts and most will fit them for you for a fee. As Mcguire has already said spares can be obtained from Tent spares who are also very helpful
