I think from past reports their customer service is generally quite good. They do a lot of shows though so may have been away.

I'm surprised you haven't had a call back though.

At £10 - £15 for postage I'd expect it to be delivered 24hr courier as standard ! 

I know people rave about them but still can't work out how they can be that much better than a saucepan with tight fitting a lid.
