I am using a 100ah Battery in my caravan, can i do any harm to the caravan electrics by increasing the ah.

Nope..... AH is Ampere Hours, the capacity. All cells give out the same voltage, it's just, in layman terms, longer lasting. 1 amp for 100 hours for a 100 ah, 1amp for 125 hours for a 125.

Probably not a concern but upping the battery capacity does have a knock-on in charging times so it might take a little longer to get the system fully charged.

And check the size of your battery storage box, often the bigger amp hours the bigger the battery. My 85ah only just fits inside my battery box.
