I bought some last Christmas as stocking fillers for the father in law and a couple of friends, and kept some for myself. So far, I have fixed a PS3 controller which had been chewed by a dog, plugged holes in some steel box section (to keep oil in/water out) and added softer, grippier handles to a couple of things. The FiL is getting older and his grip is weakening, so he really appreciates the extra grip and size on his outdoor tap.
