HELP !!

Just collected our caravan from winter storage .. evidence of a little visitor - although not sure how it got in ?? and also noticed whilst clearing up afore mentioned visitors deposits - that the rear underside locker is really really damp. The caravan is due for a service in May but need some advice on where to look / stop this from happening again - repairs we can carry out ourselves / cheap mobile damp technicians etc ... suggestions gratefully received.
