Just been to Lidl and noticed this on their board outside. Nothing I need at the moment - but of then they start to get good things in around now as does Aldi.
Hi. Does anyone know how the lidl coolbox compares to the aldi one? I was waiting for aldi as I need one for may day and have a friend that has one of these. However it doesnt look like I can get an aldi one in time.
I have a LIdl one brought last year , it's spot on as it comes with an in car charger as well as a mains charger- which a lot of them don't come with.
I'm very happy with cooler - inswitchnit 24 hrs before I go away and fit it with squash bottles filled with ice to get the temp down - then pack it with my frozen/ cold stuff.
I too bought the Lidl electric coolbox last year and was really pleased with it. Great for keeping things cool both on the journey and when camping; we put frozen cartoons of orange juice to help, when they defrost then the kids drink them. The only slight niggle is that it makes a bit of noise (I put it in the kitchen when at home with the door shut) but we don't notice it when driving and when on site the sound of my OH snoring at night drowns it out!.
I got the coolbox last year . It's used as a beer fridge at home , so it's used all the time
It's great , not used it camping yet ; I don't use EHU and didn't have much room in the car . Wish I did have room , might have to make room for my next trip
