I have ehu and use the outwell mira light. It may be because of the bulb i was using ( i was going by outwells recommendations), but it didnt light up our vermont as i had expected. On that route back from the loos i notice some tents positively glowing. Where am i going wrong k
hi there sc78 i have the same light , but will still take my 2 x 60 watt light bulb holders just in case on next trip they brighten the tent up only 40 watt on mira okay if ya kissing and cuddling with the mrs , but no good for reading- shaun
I think the trick is to have especially in a big tent a soft light in each corner rather than a single bright harsh light hanging from the ceiling.
Have you seen the Philips mood lights? Perfect for ehu. A single remote control will operate several of these tuning them to exactly the same light coming from each and you can choose the light colour to suit your tent & mood!

I'm curious about these mood lights too, so I googled Philips Mood lights and had a look at their website. If it's their 'Living Colors' range then they do look fab, but from the Philips site they range from £30 to £83 each!
However, they also do lights (that don't change colour) that look like tea light candles, but are wireless, rechargable, cool to the touch and can be used outdoors! Also, they're £18 for a set of 2, so if we get any I guess it'll be these lol!
Note that the prices quoted on their website are the suggested retail prices so I guess you should be able to get them cheaper than that with a bit of searching.
