We're trying to buy a 2nd hand awning for a 2009 Elddis crusader typhoon. The overall height given on the spec is 258cm but all the large porch awnings (XL/390) say they do caravans between 235-250cm in height. Does this mean we cannot use this type of awning?

The overall height is to the highest point on the caravan, either the top of the skylight or TV aerial
