Hi,
I ordered a tent tidy off them via Amazon. They sent the wrong item: I emailed them about it & I had a very apologetic email back very quickly & got the correct goods the following day!

I feel the need to bump this topic and write about our recent experience with Outdoorvalue.co.uk
We ordered few items from them two weeks ago. 2 adult sleeping bags, 1 children sleeping bag and some poles for our tent. Parcel arrived very fast (4 days to Croatia) and upon opening it our enthusiasm was immediately replaced with shock because I've instantly realised adult bags were wrong ones. We ordered Outwell Camper and received Camper Lite :/
So wheres the problem, just sent them back most of you will say! As I wrote we are from Croatia and sending item big as 2 sleeping bags back to UK is quite expensive. So I've wrote email to Outdoor Value support explaining them what happened and asking what can we do now. We are willing to sent them back but it will be expensive, hoping that they will refund us that expense because its is clearly not our mistake. Mr. Greg from support wrote us back and I was really shocked with reply. He said that they are really sorry for mixup and I quote "I will get the correct sleeping bags sent out for you. Please keep the incorrect items as, due to the cost of returning, they would not be worthwhile to do so. "!!
New bags arrived few days ago and after all I can only say Outdoor Value customer policy is really superb!
