Hi

I have been offered an awning, size 16 1025-1050.

My caravan has a size 1022

Would this be too big a fitment or would it be able to fit.

Thanks
Paul

yes you will likely be fine at 1025 it does depend on the awning if it was an Inaca it would be on the generous side so may look a little big but as the ground may not always be level eg sloping away and lets face it I changed tyre size on ours and lifted it slightly (for extra carry weight not awning ) give it a try it does depend on how much money is changing hands though as well

Another awning question - our daughter has just bought a lunar clubman caravan and is having problems finding a porch awning to fit it, mainly because the height to the rail is only 210cms and all the awnings we have seen start at 235cm minimum height. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Found this
http://www.a2zcamping.co.uk/caravan_porch_awnings/sunncamp-galaxy-large-caravan-super-porch.html

www.nrawnings.co.uk do porch awnings in a variety of heights - click on the awning you like & there is a drop down menu for heights (start at 206cm)

I think because of the height you may find you will have to pay more than you would for a standard height porch awning.

Hope that helps.

That seems awfully low and not correct at 2.10 or 6ft 8 you dont say what year or model of clubman but don't think they ever did one that small   is the measurement from bottom of caravan or the ground

Thank you both for your replies. I'll have a look at the link you sent abigailsmum.

My daughter gave me the height and she said the 210cm was the distance from the ground to the rail. I know the caravan is an older one - I think she said 1986 but it is in very good condition and they didn't pay a lot for it.
