Hi, I wondered if anyone could help? I've just purchased a Sunncamp Lulu Tourlet, its just come in the post (in the biggest box ever, about 30mins after our once fortnightly recycle collection!)

It hasn't come with any instructions and I have no idea what to do with it! it seems like it will be straight forward enough, but this is our first portable toilet so don't really know what you need to do!I know that sounds a bit lame

thank you

Looks very similar to the Kampa Khazi a few of us have. This thread is worth a read as it shows options for chemical disposal point v litter and bags:

My advice is worth no more than the price paid for it

How does the reinforcement bit fit in? It is the same moulding as the bucket and if you put it under the bucket the bucket sits higher.

Is it really necessary? I was thinking about discarding ours, it doesn't seem to do anything...

I think it slots in at the front to give a bit more support. Isn't there a label on there saying something like 'Do not use without the support piece or wc could collapse in a heap and get piddle all over your tent carpet'? Discard it at your peril!
