Thanks in advance

We splashed out and bought a double aerobed dual this year, deffo can't beat it for comfort, but one side does lose air and needs pumping up after a two days, search for aero beds on the forums and you will see quite a few unhappy stories.

We have had a coleman double that only lasted about 6 camps, then used two singles to stop the bounce when one of us got up in the night so we thought we would treat ourselves to one regardless of some bad reviews.

Why an air bed? There are better options.

We use an index queen size double height airbed. They are great. We don't like campers are to hard for us other love them. Go with what you like everyone's different.

To be honest I'm a bit of a newbie to camping, I'm open to suggestions, the only restriction is space for transporting ie limited space in the car / roof box

Thanks, yes there seems to be a few unhappy aerobed customers

Thanks, not seen index but I've also been looking at intex, I'm guessing that's the make you're referring to
