Does anyone know a better term for these


As I'm trying to buy one in greater manchester but can only find them as kadai roasting pan's which aren't local.

Tempted to take my drill to an old frying pan :)

you could also look for a barbecue frying pan...that's another pan with holes in it...Lakeland sell them as do a few other places...they have bigger holes tho than the one you've shown...we have one to cook vegetables and smaller cuts of meat over our barbecue...

they had chestnut pans which are very similar for a few quid in homesense last time i was there

Update after a weekend camping and surfing.
The lakeland one was perfect.
Cooking chopped peppers, tomates, even spare ribs and it did the job perfectly.
Smaller items could possibly fall through the holes, i.e. chopped onions, but would be good for prawns and many many other ideas.

Was especially good for chopped peppers, which are more of a pain to cook on a normal bbq.
