you could also look for a barbecue frying pan...that's another pan with holes in it...Lakeland sell them as do a few other places...they have bigger holes tho than the one you've shown...we have one to cook vegetables and smaller cuts of meat over our barbecue...
Update after a weekend camping and surfing.
The lakeland one was perfect.
Cooking chopped peppers, tomates, even spare ribs and it did the job perfectly.
Smaller items could possibly fall through the holes, i.e. chopped onions, but would be good for prawns and many many other ideas.
Was especially good for chopped peppers, which are more of a pain to cook on a normal bbq.
