Hi
I am looking at garden chests to store my camping equipment. Anybody got any experience of these or advice?
Thanks
Karen

Only problem is your leaving it open to be broken into,------------- Animals have feelings..

Storage while camping, or when at home?

Personally, I wouldn't store a tent in one of those through the winter because of the risk of condensation.

I would be dubious about that, I store normal garden stuff in mine and have found it to be wet inside, and mice making it a nice home------------- As a child my families menu consisted of two choices: take it or leave it.

Oh thanks for the link pds400 - I was considering something a bit bigger tho - the Keter store-it-out perhaps - link
The tent is currently in the shed - in its bag - never had a problem with it stored there but I did wonder about condensation in plastic or metal boxes. Maybe it is worth me keeping the tent in the shed then and put the other stuff in the box.
