Has anyone on this forum owned a Cobb Premier but now has experience of cooking on the larger Cobb Supreme ? The reason I ask is after my second attempt at roasting a whole chicken and baked spuds etc which turned out less than satisfactory I was wondering if they could tell me what differences they found in IE the amount of Australian hot beads used and cooking times ? Yours Disillusioned

Hi firstly cheers for the reply but before I go through a step by step of my method have you cooked with a |Cobb Supreme before ? because from what I have found what works with premier does not necessarily apply too the Supreme model.

No sorry just had to look.So yours is the oval style? I asked because i originally had the black base which was replaced by the mesh base.
